There is housing for 6 people, a large kitchen, 3 refrigerators, and two bathrooms. There is fiber optic internet (100MBps), which is an amazing luxury in this remote town, along with electricity, gas, and drinkable tap water.

There is an electronics workshop on the first floor that currently has:
- 3D printer (Prusa Mk3)
- Vinyl Cutter
- Soldering Stations
- Robotic Arms (Uarm Swift Pro x2)
- hundreds of assorted components, sensors, and microcontrollers
The lower level also features a garage workshop with larger wood, and metal working tools. Next to the garage shop is a Utility room with industrial sinks and washer and dryer.

The upper floor has bedrooms for visiting residents, and a large gallery space / modular workshop area. There is also a lovely screened in back porch for birdwatching, dining, yoga/working out, or movie watching.

We have one jungle truck available as well for accessing nearby features, and moving large objects or groups of people. It’s a Ford Ranger, 4×4 Turbo.
The building is in the heart of Gamboa and walking distance to all of the key attractions like:
- The Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute
- The boat docks to BCI
- Pipeline Road (the gold standard jungle birding site i the world!)
- The Chagres River
- The Panama Canal
