Digital Naturalism Laboratories is available to hire for projects. We have wide ranging skills in arts, design, technology, manufacturing, prototyping, filmmaking, writing, book-making, and other forms of documentation.
Rates
All rates are in USD. All material is extra.
You can borrow any tools, devices, and materials available at dinalab as long as you replace them in a timely manner.
Standard Rate
This is the normal industry rate we charge for most of our services.
- $125 per hour
- $3,400 per week (30 hours)
- $14,000 per month (120 hours)
On-Site Workshops
- $700 per half-day workshop (plus travel and expenses)
- $1000 per single-day workshop (plus travel and expenses)
- $4600 per 5-day workshop (plus travel and expenses)
Reduced Digital Naturalism Rate
We generally keep 1-2 consulting slots open at any given time for special projects in line with our goals and values of developing open-source interactive art and technology for field biology. These are generally for small organizations or local groups. Perhaps if you are working on an behavioral experiment in Gamboa, or need help designing an interactive museum installation about animal behavior, you might qualify.
